To Whom It May Concern:

Stacey worked under my supervision for web-based graphic and print design projects from October 15, 1999 until January 31, 2000. Her responsibilities included the design and layout of numerous electronic and print projects including brochures, certificates, online reference materials and special event invitations and programs.

Aside from outstanding graphics production work, Stacey did a fine job when I asked her to research, edit and format text for what turned out to be the most descriptive online source of federal government agencies. She also compiled extensive official information about the Washington area during the millennium rollover. I published her findings on the ICC intranet.

Considering the tight deadlines of the Y2K project, Stacey bent over backwards to ensure that things got done. She is very good at multi-tasking and utilizing graphic programs including Adobe PhotoShop, PowerPoint, MS Front Page, Visio and MS Word.

I was quite impressed by Stacey's ability to complete all work assigned to her on time, if not before it was due. Her research was always thorough and comprehensive, and her fact checking always accurate.

Overall, Stacey is creative, energetic and meticulous. She has what it takes to create award winning electronic and print communications. I strongly recommend her for positions in the web and print publishing field.

Sincerely,
Phillip Harris
ICC Intranet Director and AT&T Project Manager
